I often wonder how people can forget the same Father that rescued them from saddness is the same one that brought them happiness. But we seem to only seek out the Father in times of trouble. We should be just as thankful for the good times as well as the bad and know that the Father will never let us down.
Truthfully I do not thank The Eternal for the bad, I ask The Eternal for mercies during the bad. Maybe I have the wrong mindset but I am being honest with myself.

I can understand and appreciate your honesty. I’m thankful for the bad because I know that the Father is helping me to become stronger and I know that no matter what He will never place more on me than I can handle. When I think that I don’t have the “tools” that He has given me to get through a trying situation I know that my Father is there to get me out.
